Associate – Senior Landscape Architect (RLA)

Position Overview

We’re seeking an innovative Associate Senior Landscape Architect (RLA) to join Citicene as a key member of our Management team.

In this leadership role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the future of Citicene – driving growth and delivering exceptional landscape outcomes for our valued corporate and government clients. Extensive experience in managing and delivering commercial projects to a high standard is essential.

The role involves:

• Leading the design and delivery of high-quality landscape projects
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to successfully deliver projects of varying scale
• Contributing to the strategic development and ongoing success of Citicene

Requirements

• Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) – strongly preferred
• Exceptional design capabilities with a sharp eye for detail
• Proven leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others
• A strong desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and share in its success
• A self-starter who can work efficiently without supervision and effectively problem solve
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
• A relevant accredited tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience
