Senior Landscape Architect – Associate Level – Brisbane (Mount Gravatt)
Salary Range: $120 to $150K + Super

What You Will be Doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing company and work directly with our management and existing team, as well as alongside significant clients and contractors to successfully deliver landmark landscape projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the design strategy and direction for medium to large projects.
- Overseeing project delivery through every stage – from design to construction.
- Building trusted client and stakeholder relationships.
- Producing high-quality design and documentation with attention to detail.
- Mentoring and leading junior team members.
- The projects you’ll work on are exciting and diverse. You’ll get the opportunity to work with Tier 1 and 2 clients, delivering projects to our regular client base. Projects range from government streetscapes and parks through to industrial hubs, commercial developments and infrastructure projects primarily across Queensland and Australia.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10 – 15+ years in landscape architecture, with proven success delivering commercial/government projects.
- Skills: Strong in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management.
- Qualifications: Degree in Landscape Architecture (accredited).
- Mindset: Strategic, innovative, solutions-focused, and collaborative.
- Registered with AILA or eligible for registration.
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence.
