The landscape architecture emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and the integration of green spaces, ensuring the project is as functional as it is visually engaging.

Soho’s podium landscape serves as a key feature of the development, providing residents with a dedicated area for relaxation, socialization, and recreation. At the heart of the podium is a swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping, offering a peaceful oasis for residents. The design balances green spaces with hardscaping, creating inviting areas for outdoor seating and leisure activities.

The streetscape design of Soho has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless integration between the development and its surrounding environment. Key features include new pavement finishes, strategically placed street trees, and functional street furniture, all contributing to an enhanced urban environment.

To prioritize safety and inclusivity, tactile indicators were integrated into the design to assist pedestrians who are blind or have impaired vision, ensuring the streetscape is accessible for everyone.
