This luxurious Carindale Residence is perfectly positioned adjacent to a golf course, with a rear view overlooking a serene, natural vegetated corridor. The owners prioritized a low-maintenance garden, blending seamlessly with sleek, contemporary design lines.
The plant palette is intentionally minimal, allowing the textures of the pavement and hard finishes to take center stage. The result is a sophisticated, yet effortlessly chic outdoor space.
A dream retreat for golf enthusiasts, the rear yard features a ‘putting green’ just off the entertaining area, making it the perfect spot to hone your skills. Adjacent to the putting green is a spacious cantilevered deck, cleverly designed to address substantial level changes to the neighbouring property while offering stunning views of the course.

The stunning swimming pool, an integral part of the architect’s design, was constructed by Majestic Pools, complementing the modern aesthetic of the property. The garden also features a selection of fruit trees, including Meyer Lemon (CITRUS x limon ‘Meyer’), Paw Paw (CARICA papaya), and Persian Lime Tree (CITRUS x aurantiifolia ‘Tahiti’), creating a vibrant, yet low-maintenance landscape.
