This luxury home is well positioned directly adjacent to a golf course with a rear outlook directly onto a natural vegetated corridor. A minimal maintenance garden was a high priority for the owners of this property in combination with sleek, contemporary design lines.

As a result, the plant palette is minimal with textures maximized throughout the pavement and hard finishes.

A perfect rear yard for a keen golfer includes a ‘putting green’ directly off the entertaining area of the home. Adjoining the putting green is an expansive cantilevered deck that double’s as a solution to address substantial level changes to adjoining property.

The stunning swimming pool was part of the integrated Architect’s design and constructed by Majestic Pools.

Other features of the garden included fruit trees including Meyer Lemon (CITRUS x limon `Meyer`), Paw Paw (CARICA papaya) and Persian Lime Tree (CITRUS x aurantiifolia `Tahiti`).

The result is a landscape that meets the Client’s expectations, complements the Architecture of the home while providing a space for enjoyment, pleasure and entertainment.
