From the moment the site opened, the landscape design delivered a striking first impression. The frontages were framed with mature Date Palms (Phoenix canariensis), creating a bold, high-impact streetscape that instantly established a strong visual identity.
Complementing this statement, mature ex-ground Cotton Palms (Washingtonia robusta) were strategically placed to enhance the verticality of the built form, creating a seamless integration between the architecture and the landscape.
