Four independent warehouses were proposed for this development site each between 5,000 & 12,000 sqm.
The office area of each warehouse includes outdoor gathering spaces to provide places for team members to congregate and enjoy.
Utilising a native plant palette, organic shapes, design lines and materials, these landscape spaces provide suitable amenity for team members to take a break during their day.
With a strong Australian native character, Goodman have developed a landscape that considers the natural environment, utilizing striking species such as the Australian bottle tree, native grasses, bottle brush shrubs and ground covers a natural material such as steel edging and stabilised deco finishes.
Other important landscape principles included shade to car parks, landscape buffering and screening to retaining walls and neighbouring properties and an irrigation system that is designed to minimize water consumption throughout.
