Soho is situated in Brisbane’s new inner city revitalization district of South Brisbane.

One of the first developments to revitalize this area of West End in Brisbane’s Southside, this project is a mixed use development that includes both apartments as well as commercial tenancies on the ground floor.
Landscape includes a central podium recreational space with swimming pool.
Streetscapes are enhanced with new pavement finishes, street trees, street furniture and tactile indicators designed to give warning of hazards for pedestrians who are blind or who have impaired vision.
As well as providing detailed design and documentation to meet Brisbane City Council’s standard streetscape requirements, Citicene also provided landscape architectural advice during construction.
Soho was the first apartment building in the West End precinct under Brisbane City Council’s urban renewal for the area that commenced in 2005.
