Enhancing the visual appearance of the built form, maintaining privacy and providing a practical and usable landscape for residents and visitors are important landscape objectives for residential high density developments.

This particular development includes a number of podium areas that provide break out spaces for users which are important to help create enhanced apartment living.

The landscape reflects a sub-tropical character and includes lush, broad leaf shady foliage to assist in softening the central atrium space.

Plants are to provide a rich variety of texture, colour and form. A tiered plant selection, lower, mid and upper storey species are used in all garden beds and assist in establishing privacy and landscape buffers between adjoining sites.
