The Porsche Centre Gold Coast underwent a significant refurbishment of its Southport showroom, incorporating a refined landscape transformation to align with Gold Coast City Council requirements.
To complement the showroom’s sleek, high-performance aesthetic, specific tree species and sizes were mandated to achieve a distinct visual and environmental outcome. In addition to introducing new landscape elements, Citicene facilitated a Vegetation Works Operational Works Application for any required vegetation removal within Council property, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaborating closely with the client, architect, and town planner, Citicene successfully navigated the approval process, securing landscape authority clearances while delivering expert construction consultancy services to bring the landscape vision to life.
