Porsche Centre Gold Coast underwent a refurbishment of their Southport Showroom which also included numerous landscape changes to meet Gold Coast City Council requirements. 

As part of the changes to the showroom, Gold Coast City Council required specific tree species and sizes to ensure a determined result.

In addition to new landscape works, Gold Coast City Council also required a Vegetation Works Operational Works Application for any vegetation removal in Council property. 

Working with the Client, Architect and Town Planner, Citicene achieved landscape authority approvals as well as delivering construction consultancy services to complete the landscape.
