Eastville is a retail development located at the intersection of Herries Street and Cohoe Street at the top of the Toowoomba range.

JMK Retail developed this commercial precinct and commissioned Citicene to provide landscape architectural services for the project. 

The Landscape character of the development enhances the built form with structured massed plantings and consistent long lines of similar hedge species. 

The planting palette provides a variety of texture, colour and clipped form which at maturity will be massed in long straight lines for a ‘classic’ feel.
