Architectural design by Mark Williams Architects, this luxury residence activates passive design through maximizing natural light and cross ventilation.
A main objective of the landscape was to meet Brisbane City Council’s river edge re-vegetation requirements and provide locally occurring native plants to enhance the fauna movement corridor of the Brisbane river.
Further to this, it was important to provide a low maintenance landscape, tolerant of drought conditions.
The outdoor entertainment space connects with the relaxed riverside ambience and allows for social gatherings and recreation.
