Laguna Residences by Frasers Property (Formerly Australand) is a 51 lot residential community estate, built around an artificial lake.

This project features an asymmetric and organic streetscape design with tall feature trees on one side of the internal road and a path meandering through a “beach” landscape on the other.

The entry into this private pocket is reinforced by feature walls, patterned gates, road paving and recycled timber bollards.
