Residential Apartments

Roscommon House

Mixed Use Landscape Architecture

This thirty year old building was in desperate need of a facelift. After exhausting numerous other alternatives, the body corporate engaged Citicene to design and deliver an upgrade to the site frontage. Citicene developed three dimensional perspectives to assist in communicating a design resolution to satisfy constraints while providing a fresh look to the site frontage.

The ability to easily visualize in 3d the end result assisted the body corporate in confirming the build and Scape Shapes were engaged to construct the works. The landscape includes;

  • a signature Date Palm (Phoenix Canariensis) to enhance the site's identity and location;
  • granite pavement;
  • mature Screw Pines (Pandanus pedunculatus) ;
  • decorative planting;
  • rendered blade walls and concrete off form seats.

Citicene delivered concept, documentation and contract administration services for this project.
